Im trying to recall a old bear show, i believe it was on p.b.s. It had a guy with a beard and he was the narrartor also. If anyone remembers the name of the show , that would be really kool.

Not on PBS. It was called Grizzly Adams. Oh yeah! Jill T mentioned Gentle Ben too. Forgot all about that. Could be either one.

Yeah I also think you're thinking of Grizzly Adams, but there was a really old show about a bear called Gentle Ben or something like that.

yes grizzly adams the guy was doing drugs at a restaurant one night and caught his beard on fire and was never heard from again, just some trivia for you.

i think it may have been called tales of old bear, not sure of the name but know the show u mean, it was very theraputic (his voice) being that he was the voice of most of the characters
