Why was Sasha Alexander removed from NCIS and will she be appearing in another series ?

There's another character on NCIS that certainly should have been removed before Sasha. I have not and will not watch NCIS since the new season began because of Sasha Alexander being removed.

I really like the way our new Mossad agent is working with the team. She is such a crack up! And she's hot. I think that the change has really livened up the show. You should give it a try. There's such a great rapport between Gibbs and Abbie and I love all of Agent David's malaprops.

It was her decision to leave...I wasnt too keen on how they were going to replace her..but it has worked out great. The show is better than ever!
